ThE BlOgGeR WaRS...

Just before Christmas my camera went on the blink...Harvey Norman is repairing it and as such I have been using the Family Camera to post photos on my blog.

Unfortunatly since Jessica has made a feeble attempt at blogging she's decided that the 'Family' camera was bought for "Me and MUM" and that I have no right to use it.

This of course is a ploy to put me behind in blog postings and thus thrust her blog into the lime light.

Here is what Jessica is really like at home...scratching...bitting....hiting...name calling...i'm sure i heard hissing...anything to get the camera from my grasp...

behold the Gibson home revealed...
As soon as I threatened to post this and reveal to the world what Jess was like behind the facade she managed to throw a smile on her face for the following shot... (She was trying to strangle me one second before) mutton dressed as lamb...
Of course Jess had No shame and all of these shenanigans took place while Camilla sat laughing in our lounge room. (Yes I have a WITNESS!!) Unfortunatly she is too scared to testify...well wouldn't you be??

A Dogs Life

The Dogs love when Sarra and Hallie come over as they get lots of attention that they don't get usually...

a good tummy scratch...

Oliver's presence it not so much appreciated as he often shows his affection to the dogs with a swift kick box to the head:)

The Australian Open cont....

Okay it's 38 degrees and we're in Hobart...hmmm what shall we do?... play tennis again?? Are you serious?? YUP!

Off to the big MATCH...

Game on...
Is that Federer?

A winning shot!!...

And that would be GAME 6-4 to Collette! Okay so we've done our dash with tennis it's just too hot...so we head to the beach...Carlton beach...

Was a little too much for some of us...

Later that evening Carmen was very excited to have some visitors...especially visitors that were willing to play her new Christmas game....I don't need to tell who won do I??Finally Mum was on the phone telling us how much she missed us and wanted us home to mess up the bathroom... so it was back to launny for the Gibson girls...

Just in time for Mel and Pete's Post Wedding Picnic at City Park...

Convention after party, after party!

Because we enjoyed each others company so much at convention we all decided to strain the relationship that little bit extra and head to the Huon for Alex Menzies after party. Here's what we got up too...
Talking...
Chocolate Game...

Sleeping...
We also had a swim in the very shallow Glen Huon river as well as testing our Ultimate frisbee skills down at the Huon Oval:)

The Boxing Day Cricket 2007!!!

Fun in the sun!! The stingy young adults went for the cheapest flights to Melbourne for convention (they just happened to be at 6:30am boxing day morning) so armed with suncream and hats we headed to the MCG for the test cricket day of the year!

Water was an absolute must...we had the sun beaming on us from 9am - 4pm

Shane Warne was our half time entertainment...

Fiona made our t-shirts...one for each of us!!

Catch up time!!
