A Gibson Classic
First Sunday in the month we travelled to Devonport for a YSA fast breaker...Jess and I made our staple classic Chocolate pudding ...This Dish has been in our family for years and is pretty much everyones favourite and the ONLY dessert we know how to cook! Unfortunately we decided to start cooking it (or Heating it up) at the chapel before we left and then finish it at the Woolley's home.
The result was a lovely rubber brown blob looking thing...
But this was a disaster, Brad Doran still had a crack tho!

I agree the photo's don't do it justice. It is the thought that counts right? Bring one next time so i can taste this famous pudd.
Nice job Collette. I still think any choc pudding is a great choc pudding, but like Elissa, I might need to try your family recipe as well :)
